Coll Hotel Waves
  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a valid credit or debit card.  We accept Visa & Mastercard.

  • Your room rate will be confirmed when the booking is made.

  • Check in time is 4pm, check out time is 10.30am.
  • We do not accept pets in the hotel, but are happy for your pet to sleep in your car in the car park if your pet is happy to do that.

  • The hotel car park is used at the guest’s own risk.

  • The hotel cycles are used at the guest’s own risk.

  • The Coll Hotel is a non smoking property. Any guests smoking in a bedroom will incur a £200 surcharge on their bill as this room will need to be closed and deep cleaned.

    Please do not smoke anywhere in our hotel.

  • All prices include VAT at the current rate.
  • If you develop Covid-19 symptoms during your stay you will be required to remain in isolation, in order for us to carry out the necessary cleaning of the room you will be asked to vacate the room immediately and move in to our vacant staff accommodation to complete your isolation, this will be chargeable due to the extra cleaning costs to keep our arriving guests safe but we will continue to look after you in our usual standard but at a distance.

DUE TO OUR REMOTE LOCATION AND LACK OF PASSING TRADE WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • When travelling to and from the island by CalMac ferry, nothing is taken from your credit/debit card until you check out.
  • Guests travelling by own plane, helicopter or yacht will be charged in full at time of booking.
  • If the CalMac ferry taking you away from Coll is cancelled and you stay on with us, you will be expected to pay normal rates for your extra accommodation and meals.
  • In the event of ‘no show’, the full amount for the stay will be taken from your card.
  • In the event of a cancellation we do everything we possibly can to resell your room. Any nights that are not resold are charged to your card at the full rate. The earlier a cancellation is made the easier it is to resell your room.
  • Due to the reliance on public transport in our location we urge all guests to take out adequate travel insurance.
