OUR POST COVID PLAN

WE ARE SO LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING ON WITH WHAT WE ALL LOVE TO DO AT THE COLL HOTEL, GIVING YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Please can we ask that you are considerate to our plan, this is for the safety and wellbeing of all our staff, hotel guests and customers.

We need to allow for everyone to have their own space, this means controlling the number of people on the premises at any one time. Our staff will serve you at your table.

Everyone will be most welcome, but we ask that no one comes to the hotel without calling first to book a space suitable for the number of people in your group, within a time slot. At this time contact details for your group will be recorded for Scottish Government Test & Protect.

The time slots will be as follows:

Breakfast 8-9.30 (meals bookable during this time)

Morning refreshments 10-11.30

Lunch time 12-2 (meals bookable during this time)

Afternoon refreshments 2.30-5.30

Dinner time 6-12 (meals bookable 6pm – 8.30pm)

The spaces between slots are for cleaning when the customers change. This will not be necessary if you book consecutive slots. You are welcome of course, to book more than one consecutive slot. We ask that at the end of your slot you happily give way for others.

This will not be how it is forever, but while Scottish Government guidelines are in place, and the virus is at large we ask that you respect the plan we have made.

Hotel guests will have a dedicated space in the main restaurant for the length of their stay which they can use at any time.
